Does anyone know the game Izzy? The black and white tile game?

I was at my neighbor’s moving away party and there was a game there called Izzy. It is a black and white tile game, and I had a blast playing it. Does anyone know where I could buy this game? I’ve checked Kmart and such, I just can’t seem to find it anywhere.
